The Vyttila Mobility Hub Society under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala was registered under Travancore- Cochin Literary Scientific & Charitable Societies Act at Ernakulam as a Charitable Society with registration no.ER.101/10 on 10/02/2010. The main objective of the society is to establish and manage a Mobility Hub in, Vyttila, Ernakulam District which will be the first Mobility Hub in India having integration of various modes of Transport viz.,
land, water and air.
The society is administered by a Governing body and Executive Committee as follows:-

For serving the purpose of the society i.e, to establish a Mobility Hub , M/s KITCO has been appointed as the project implementing agency. The Vyttila Mobility Hub project is being implemented in three phases
Phase I
Involves Construction of Bus terminal with parking bay for 65 buses, cafeteria and a toilet block with an estimated cost of `16 crore.
Phase II
Involves construction of Bus terminal and boat jetty with an estimated cost of ` 375 crore. Components of Phase II consists of an entry plaza, city bus terminal, a terminal building consisting of one basement floor, ground floor and first floor, three boat jetties, entry & exit, green area, bus clinic, idle parking and other amenities.
Phase III
Envisages the commercial development of the mobility hub
