    Mobility Hub at Vyttilla shall be the gate way to the commercial capital of Kerala since this site connects Allapuzha, Coimbatore, Idduki, Kottayam and Thrissur through National Highway 47, which passes by touching the site, offering connectivity with National Highway 17 and National Highway 49. The sea port and the airport is approximately 25 km from the proposed site.

The city has seen a real estate growth of 30 per cent on a yearly basis for the last couple of years and has a GDP growth rate of 8.3 per cent. NH 17, NH 47, NH 49 and National Waterway 3 passes through Kochi. Kochi also has a strategically located Sea Port and an International Airport.
